Ghost Story / 1981

A classic tale of evil, revenge, and secret societies. A group of old men, including Fred Astaire(!), hold on to a terrible secret from their youth. Things begin to unravel as one of their offspring begins to dig for clues about a mysterious woman he meets and falls in love with – Alice Krige (the Borg Queen from ST First Contact) in one of her earliest roles. A very aged film, but it has roots in some of the older gothic horrors of the 60s and 70s. Cool makeup by maestro Dick Smith as well...
