IPMS National Convention - August 6, 2016 - Continued...

Continuing my first post from yesterday, let the model photos continue...

A twin engine Russian bomber and a B-24 called "Ready Teddy"

I like how you can see the 50 cal sticking out of the window here...

Great cockpit and pilots and a green Dora with the red and white striped belly. Awesome.

One of my favorites of the day, a 1/32 Grumman Avenger with tons of aftermarkets parts...just wow...

Gorgeous 1/32 Zero and Flying Tiger with some amazing weathering...

Outstanding 1/32 Wurger...

Another fave of mine of the day...a perfect 1/32 109...perfect weathering, perfect nose decal. Damn.

Nice "testbed" Raptor and an incredible F-111 Aardvark...

Great cockpit and flap detail. Just incredible...

Great Mig-29 Fulcrums. You can't have enough Fulcrums. Ever.

I like the very faint tiger stripe down the middle. This one was mounted in a flying position.

More of the Chinese J-10...

Check out the ammo panel on this one. Awesome.

This was a 1/72 scale I believe, but just unbelievable detail work. Had to include it here.

Another superb Betty...this time with more weathering and chipping. Love the Meatball!

Another Mig-31 - ridiculous!

Turning Japanese...I think I'm turning Japanese I really think so...

This was a HUGE SR-71 - almost three feet!

Now this was pretty special...Japanese Zero with battle damage, specifically, a shattered cockpit window and wounded pilot. Incredible, incredible, incredible!

A HUGE Flanker...surprised there weren't more of these! This is the only one that I remember! Can that be right???

Another Fulcrum...

That's it for the aircraft. Whew! Many, many more posts and pictures to come! Ships, some tanks, Scifi, and dioramas...
