Drawlloween Weekend Roundup - the home stretch.

Day 28 - Ghosts-A-GO-GO!

Day 29 - Black Caturday

Day 30 - Skulls & Skeletons

An extra Freddy...

The 6th Annual 31 in 31...Day 29...They're like cock-a-roaches!

The Howling / 1981

Dee Wallace (E.T.'s mom) and Robert Picardo star in this awesome Werewolf flick. The wolf transformation rivals the one in American Werewolf in London. 1981 was a kick ass year for horror.

The 6th Annual 31 in 31...Day 28...Silver Shamrock!

HALLOWEEN III: Season of the Witch / 1982

Hated in 1982 because it didn't have Myers...loved now as a cult classic. Tom Atkins and OCP's boss chew up the scenery. Dick Warlock plays a mustard drooling robot. Oh yeah.

It's almost time, kids.

Drawlloween - Day 27 - Call of C'Thursday

More progress shots and final/contrast at the end. Fhtagn.

The 6th Annual 31 in 31...Day 27...It's time, Michael.

Halloween II / 1981

The first Halloween movie I ever saw on TV back in the 80s. If it would have ended here, it would have been perfect.

HMH - the most deserted hospital in movie history. HA!

Drawlloween - Day 26 - They Came From Outer Space!

I could have drawn 20 pictures for this one. But I settled on one.

"This thing doesn't want to show itself, it wants to hide inside an imitation. It'll fight if it has to, but it's vulnerable out in the open. If it takes us over, then it has no more enemies, nobody left to kill it. And then it's won."

In progress shots first...

Final and a contrast shot.

The 6th Annual 31 in 31...Day 26...Death has come to your little town, Sheriff...

Halloween / 1978

John Carpenter's masterpiece. The Shape. Jamie Lee Curtis. Sam Loomis.

"It was the boogeyman..."

--

"As a matter of fact...it was."

The perfect halloween movie. 10/10.
