More and more...plus coloring...

Sketching out more ideas for the contest...

Now this I'm not sure of. There are things I LIKE about it, and other things that just seem "not quite there" yet...urg...learning by doing. Layne Staley from the 90s MTV Unplugged episode...drawn in colored pencil and marker from reference...

Been watching DD on Netflix...awesome show...so I got the red ink pen out...drawn from reference...

A few more titles...

Not much here...more paint bottle tests with the SG title. Had to use blue, which actually works for Cenobites, because I ran out of red paint! ARG!

Got too thick with this, but it has a nice "asian brush" look to it I may explore further...

Pins...

Had to get some stuff down yday....some acrylic, pen, pencil, and charcoal...more to come...

First, acrylic version of the Pinhead I sketched in marker late last week for my upcoming project. I really like how this is turning out. May have it with this version!

My best shots...like the offset placement here...

An additional, simple Pinhead...

Garak...

Let him go, stay on the leadah...

The workbench...full of output...

One down, one to go....commissions, contests...

Finished off the Owl Commission...

Some additional prelim work on my Scarlet Gospels contest entry. Got the red bottle of acrylic paint out and "dripped" the words on a scrap of paper. REALLY like how this looks:

A few more sketches...

This is an idea I'm liking best so far. A disheveled Pinhead, pieces missing...

More to come...

And some quick ink and marker sketching of a similar subject...

An idea / sketch of a cover for the new Hellraiser novel...might enter this into a contest...more later

Reworked my meager collection of convention autographs. Now it looks almost official...
