25 Years of One Ugly Mother@#$*&@!

So I watched PREDATOR for the billionth time last night, and decided to finally put up my little tribute to this movie. Has to be in my Top 5 all time. Hard to believe it's been 25 years...

A little celebration banner...

Dutch Red...

Dutch Green...because you have to have at least one with a predator blood green background...

Same treatments for the Predator...

Turnaround, Over here, Anytime...

New Comics...7.13.12...it was a dark day for Corey's wallet...

Mega stack this week...

COVER OF THE WEEK...The Walking Dead 100...

Batman 11...

AV - Lord of Nightmares 2...

Hellraiser 15...

Swamp Thing 11...

Planetoid 2...

Uncanny X-Force 26 and 27...

Animal Man 1-10...

1/48 Su-27...on and on an on...

Some more progress on the Sukhoi this weekend...a little here, a little there...

First off, the tail fins are on...and from this angle, it kind of reminds me of the Firefox (seen below - same angle)...

Cockpit with front glass attached...

Now this is one of my favorite parts of the model so far...photo etched rear view mirrors attached on the INSIDE of the main canopy. These are between 1/16 an 1/8 inches in width. Very small, but with a little patience, very cool detail...

Even more missiles...

The workbench at this time...

Get to da Choppah...

So let's say that original Predators movie was filmed. And let's say Ahnuld had been a part of it. Well then, this is happening...

Prometheus...woman with an axe...

A few more Prometheus inspired pieces. A nice image of Shaw looking for "something" - I created a regular photo poster and then a more "Warhol" type piece...just having a little fun...Enjoy!

1/48 Su-27...still building...

Even though, it doesn't look like it, got a good bit of building done on the Flanker this weekend...

Full shot of the Big Bird...man this thing is huge...nose cone attached, some tail fins, and the wing flaps. You can see the flaps in a "bent down" option here...

Close-up of the bent flaps. I decided to do this to give the plane a more interesting look, flat wings seemed a big boring to me after the Mig-29...

Some missiles drying after attaching the fins on one side..lots of these to do...

The overall workbench...

Biomechanical is Sexy...

Ok these are some of my favorite ones so far...can you spot the derelict?

First one has a black title block at the bottom and white type...

On this one I reversed the white and black at the bottom, my homage to the original ALIEN poster, also seen below...ENJOY!
