Rescued and finished...I present the what if color scheme 1/72 Shinden. Workbench pic...



While the prop dried, I got some prelim shots on the base I printed out. A bit too much red perhaps?























Prop installed, final chipping and exhaust stains. Ready for trial runs...

Not much to speak of this weekend, but I did draw a demon...in progress shots...

Damn dirty decals...

So yeah, apparently this Shinden kit was a bit older than I expected. NONE of the decals were usuable. In fact, they either wouldn't come off the sheet or ripped into pieces. Bugh. Good thing I had some left over Japanese markings from previous builds. Nothing like fly by the seat of your pants decal work...

Some minor metallic paint added on nose cannons and wheel struts...Future on..now we wait for decals...

The jungle...it just came alive and took him...
